First Run, onboarding help & reports

Help thread for the First Run milestone, the way into the biweekly benchmark subgroup. Work through #33: run the baseline (Modus is a bonus round).

You don't need a passing score. Run it, tell us what happened, and you're in. A scored leaderboard entry and a paragraph about what broke count the same here.

Two ways to report, finished or stuck:

• Open a PR with your results/ folders. See Run the baseline and report (Modus as bonus) #33 for what to include. Don't regenerate docs/leaderboard.qmd, CI does that on every merge.
• Reply here, or email me if you'd rather not post in public. Replying here means the answer helps the next person.

Arguing with the scoring itself rather than reporting a run? That is the Evaluation and trust lane.
