Request: Update UI after adding new local configs

Currently I have to save and reload for newly added local RICO buildings to appear in the build menu. On my ancient computer that's a 15 minute roundtrip.

Would it be possible to have the UI update whenever I add a new RICO local config, so that the new building is available to plop straight away? Alternatively, a button to force UI update?
