Gran Turismo 4 Tools 1.1.1

Small update, improved checks for writing camera hack, meaning the game should no longer crash if the hack is applied before the Sony Computer Entertainment screen, or in certain situations when loading.

Added body swapping for some regional cars and corrected some CSV issues.

The following cars can be swapped:

• Marcos Mini Marcos GT -> Mini Cooper 1.3i '98 (closest match in specification)
• Peugeot 206 Rally Car -> Esso version
• Toyota GT-One -> Esso version
• 2001 Toyota Castrol Tom's Supra -> 2001 Toyota Esso Ultraflo Supra (closest match in specification)
• All Opels -> Vauxhall equivalent

The following cars cannot be swapped due to no regional body being present:

• Opel Astra Touring Car cannot be swapped to Vauxhall equivalent
• Peugeot 905 cannot be swapped to Esso equivalent
