Switch CI, local launch defaults, and user-facing docs to the Primus v26.2 image, and move the torch unit-test runner to the v26.2 node pool. Disable the temporary Dockerfile.ainic build now that v26.2 already bundles AINIC, and point MPI_HOME to the system OpenMPI prefix to avoid the old /opt/ompi conflicts while keeping existing MaxText/JAX image references unchanged.
Switch the default UCCL ref to a validated revision, install nanobind for ep builds, and patch DeepEP previous_event forwarding for the newer async runtime path on v26.2.

Update all references to the Primus base image across documentation, configuration files, CI/CD workflows, benchmark helpers, and example scripts to use the latest v26.2 release.
Keep existing JAX/MaxText image references unchanged.
