Hello,
I'm using AMRrules on some Salmonella genomes that encode the below genes. None of these have a drug, phenotype, or clinical category associated with them in the AMRrules output. I've included the phenotype usually associated with those:
catA1 - chloramphenicol
sul1 - sulfonamide
sul2 - sulfonamide
dfrA1 - trimethoprim
blaTEM-1 - aminopenicillins
aph(6)-Id - streptomycin
aph(3'')-Ib - streptomycin
aadA1 - streptomycin
What is the process for getting these added to the AMRrules database? Do you need references etc for each association? I can help out with that if so.
Best,
Phil
