full_url is saved incorrectly

The full_url fixed in the previous issue is getting in incorrectly again.
This appears to be an effect of commits added since the fix.

Hi! Could you please provide steps to reproduce? Do updates to the Base URL in the service settings not update the domain in full_url?

Updating the Base URL deletes the previous path from full_url, leaving only the domain.

1. Remove volumes/db/data folder
2. Services > Import endpoints > OpenAPI / Swagger > Save

4. Services > Settings > Base URL Input > Update API Service

Please, try restart the backend container and create a new service

I get a different error when running after initialisation.

1. Remove volumes/db/data folder
2. Run setup.js again
3. Start containers
4. Update API Service

Try docker compose pull frontend backend and then restart containers. No need to drop volumes/db/data.
