review of org and repo names

because the repo and org name probably will be reflected a fair bit in the site's content, it would be good to think about the names for a little while. feel free to pull the team in. for now, this is assigned to @botten-dj.

according to https://github.com/dret/API-Compass/issues/15 this is now going to be the "API Navigator", so the org name (and possibly the repo name) should be changed. suggestion:

• team: "API-Navigator"
• repo: "overview"
