- CODEBOOK.md: fix table formatting, update field name to corrected_reflectivity, add HomeyerRainbow color scale details, and expand primary class descriptions
- README.md: complete truncated opening sentence
- pyproject.toml: fix description placeholder, fix missing closing brace in authors list, add missing matplotlib/pandas dependencies, remove unused ollama package
