Improve "Manage Solution" GUI to show which active solution it is currently meant for #384

With the current CMSIS Solution extension 1.62dev, the "Manage Solution" GUI has nowhere to show for which solution exactly it is currently configuring, as shown in the following screenshot:
When there are multiple cmsis solutions in the workspace, it would be nice to show the active solution name and path somewhere in the "Manage Solution" GUI.
