CLI pinger pinger for source servers, based on A2S_INFO protocol

Compile

./compile.sh

./pinger -h {SERVER IP} -p {SERVER PORT} -r {Count} -w {Wait}

Count: Stop after sending {Count} Ping Wait: Time interval between pings
