Additional memory and runtime is needed to generate the
COSEIS_SARproduct withHYP3. Testing and deployment of thecoseis-sarworkflow will utilizem6id.4xlargeinstances. This PR increases thememoryandtimeoutparameters inARIA_S1_COSEIS.ymlto accommodate the additional memory/time requirements.
