Launcher to use supplied JRE

Not sure if you noticed recently, Java 7 has been killed and no longer downloadable. Also Mojang now supplies a JRE of Java 8 if its not installed. It also checks to make sure that they are running Java 8 Update 40.

Basically this will allow Mac, Linux and Windows users to use Java 8 as a standard. It fixes a lot of security issues also.

Alright I'll add in a warning to users who aren't using Java 8 in 3.2.3.2.

I'm not sure about forcing it, probably won't go that far. Having the launcher download and use a JRE like the Vanilla Launcher is definitely something I want to do, may target that for 3.3.0.0 but for now I'll at least get a warning to users who aren't using Java 8 to upgrade.

Is there any specific reason Sponge chose 1.8.0_40? Is that specific version the standard or?

The specific version fixed quite a few issues with streams and more specifically, the Iterator for CopyOnWriteArrayList would throw UnsupportedOperationExceptions for something as simple as this. Aside from the various bug fixes since 1.8's release, Update 40+ is from what we've found to be the better versions handling Java 8's feature set with minimal issues.

I may take the time to implement JRE loading like the vanilla launcher does for 3.2.3.2 as I'm waiting on some feedback from third parties before release anyway.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for updating to Java 8. Just wanted to point out that Oracle doesn't actually remove old Java versions, they just move them to that dusty corner of the website so you can still get them when you need to.

Oh, and if the download links ask you to log in with an Oracle account, copy the link address and replace otn with otn-pub. Don't tell anyone at Oracle.

I'm actually all for including a JDK with the ATLauncher...makes life easier knowing that people have the correct java version XD

Alright the format I'm using for the launcher to know the Java to download and use is at https://download.nodecdn.net/containers/atl/launcher/json/java.json

I'll begin looking into implementing this tonight, should be actually very very easy.
