Img2img batch confusion

I was happily rendering away a batch of images.
I updated Webui after a restart and now when i try and generate a batch i see

Process images in a directory on the same machine where the server is running.
Use an empty output directory to save pictures normally instead of writing to the output directory.
Add inpaint batch mask directory to enable inpaint batch processing.

I have my input and output directory set on the img2img tab but i keep getting.
FileNotFoundError: [WinError 3] The system cannot find the path specified: ''
