Addresses Issue #414 , a bug where adding an AV file to an event doesn't update the
av_file_orderfield of the event data file. For good measure I also threw in a safeguard for making sure there aren't files in the event that are left out of the order. (Or is that a state we purposefully want to enable? But if so I don't think we were doing it in any intuitive or user-friendly way, so this seems best for now.)
