docs(D3): refresh for merged Order/Credit/gateway/CI; notification-service D3 page; demo script against real endpoints - D3 design page: strike decided (open) markers (Postgres 17, name snapshot, @Version, request.dropped, N8), implemented Part 1 (ARRIVED state, drop, 404 masking, outbox), Part 2 built end-to-end (D10-D13, expiries + admin routes), Part 3/4 status (D32 names, CI #194, gateway cutover), Part 5 N8. - New page: D3 Design - Notification Service, Parts-1/2 structure over docs/notification-service.md D1-D32. - Demo script rewritten from skeleton to the merged contracts.
