Describe the bug
Robot continues moving even after it is disabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable 'Teleop'
2. Point the robot in a direction where it will not crash into any object or hurt any living being
3. Start moving the robot very gently forward
4. Disable teleop
5. Observe robot keeps on moving
6. FOR SAFETY: Immediately enable teleop, stop robot and return robot to starting position

Expected behavior
Robot should not move when disabled

This is dealt with in the Drive.periodic() function (included with the 2025 AK swerve template), where:

    // Stop moving when disabled
    if (DriverStation.isDisabled()) {
      for (var module : modules) {
        module.stop();
      }
    }

If the driver station is disabled, all modules will stop moving regardless of the command.

This issue will close when the 2025_changes branch has been merged in.
