Revise the list of RSSHub instances

First of all, thank you for maintaining a list of RSSHub instances, since RSSHub doesn't seem to have an official list (DIYgod/RSSHub#8973) edit: they do have a list now.

Some issues with the list:

1. This repo's README has a link Public instances on official page, but it is 404.
2. I checked the list over the past few days and apparently many entries in the list are down.
3. I visited those entries with the "website up" status, but some of them are not hosting RSSHub anymore, e.g. some domains become parked domains, redirects to something else, content is something else, etc. (Some examples: rsshub.wkfg.me, rss.hee.ink)

I hope maintainers can check the list to keep only the instances which are up / have a high uptime.

• RSSHub instances mentioned in the issue have been crossed off accordingly.
