* Every builtin code page is now in its own class implementing CodePage abstract class.
* Users can provide their own code page conversion tables using
.option("ebcdic_code_page_class", "full.class.specifier")
* Add underscore syntax for segment id redefine mapping, e.g.
both "redefine_segment_id_map" and "redefine-segment-id-map" are supported.
