The current springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-api version limitation to [2.0.0,2.8.9] prevents the library from being used in applications using recent springboot versions such as 3.5.7.
The change enables the openapi library to overcome this limitation given the version limit was not based in any speciifc constraint.
No breaking changes. Tested by building local jar wth latest changes and running the springdoc-openapi-scala-2 examples to generate OpenAPI schema
