[BUG] created schedule-automations have timezone in start/end datetime

Current Behavior

created automation show the time like this: "01:11:00-06:00 +01:00"
Re-retrieving this automation returns 09:11:00 +01:00

the part "+01:00" is added by us while the other part seems to come from the server - including the fact that the time is initially incorrectly shown in Central Time despite the Timezone being shown as W. Europe Standard Time via ID
