Rationale:

• Current URL-based state management sufficient for shareable states
• localStorage adequate for simple persistence needs
• Reduces complexity and bundle size
• React Context can handle future state requirements
• Simpler maintenance and onboarding

Changes:

• Mark Phase 1.2 as REMOVED with explanation
• Update Phase 2.2 to use localStorage directly
• Update Phase 3.3 to persist with localStorage
• Update Phase 5 documentation tasks
• Add architectural decision record in Technical Decisions

Alternative Approach:

• React Context for app-level state (Phase 3)
• Direct localStorage for persistence (Phase 2)
• URL params for shareable states (current)
• Capacitor native storage when needed
