Navigation Standardization

The navigation should be standardized across the application. Currently the navigation is different on the home page and the log pages and need to be reconciled.

Resolved by the following changes:

• Changing Back to Home to be more accurate
• Standardizing Home, Edit/View Log, and Add Entry button row across views
• Navigating backwards when canceling a Log Entry view
• Adding a Cancel button on the New Log view which navigates to home
