sync: update openai docs from AceDataCloud/Docs upstream

Syncs openai/docs/ with the latest content from AceDataCloud/Docs en/guides/openai/ following upstream changes to the openai service docs.

Updated

• openai_chat_completion_api_integration_guide.md — Model version bump in response example (gpt-5.4 → gpt-5.2)
• openai_images_generations_api_integration_guide.md — Reverted to DALL-E 3 focused content; gpt-image-2 and nano-banana sections removed (now live in separate guides upstream)
• openai_images_edits_api_integration_guide.md — Simplified to match upstream scope (dall-e-2/gpt-image-1 only)

New Files

• openai_chat_completions_4o_image_api_integration_guide.md — GPT-4o multimodal image generation guide; also corrects a Chinese-text inconsistency present in the upstream English source (prompt/response examples translated to English)
• openai_embeddings_api_integration_guide.md — OpenAI Embeddings API guide

• openai_responses_api_integration_guide.md, openai_tasks_api_integration_guide.md — already in sync

Auto-closed during PR backlog cleanup: superseded sync (+375/-441) — content covered by next dispatch against current Docs. Root cause was a broken auto-merge in sync-from-docs.yml (now fixed in PR #143). The fix lands a pre-cleanup step + reliable completion signal so future dispatches will not leak PRs. If this PR contained content not yet in main, the next docs-updated dispatch will re-create it via the working pipeline.
