This PR updates the minimum supported system for building and testing FIM, moving from CentOS 7 to RHEL 8. It also adjusts the CI workflows and test environment to align with this new baseline.
🔧 Key Changes
Updated the minimum supported OS to RHEL 8.
Introduced a dedicated workflow for running tests on RHEL.
Fixed package‑building references to ensure compatibility with the new environment.
Forced installation of the RHEL package to guarantee consistent behavior.
Updated Audit system tests to match the RHEL 8 environment.
🎯 Purpose
These changes modernize the supported platform, improve reliability in the CI pipeline, and ensure that FIM behaves consistently under RHEL 8.
