Zip project import not working

Hello everyone,

Hope you're kicking it,

I am having a hard time importing zip project as you'll in the video, it shows an error then afterwards it shows the folder incomplete. It's as if if shows error then only shows the files in root directory and ignores the other files but I only supposing, could be deeper.

Could you please help me out ?

How is this a plugin issue? As this is a core feature not provided by any plugin tho.
