Closes: #1686

  1. renamed "text wrap" to "text wrap / word wrap"
  2. moved wordwrap toggle to editor settings screen

Seems fine , but make sure to update translations

Also add a breaking changes or something so it can be mentioned when releasing the stable (for existing users)
