Font ligatures don't work on windows

I'm using Windows 8.1, GPS 2018.

Tried to use FIra Code as the main font, but font ligatures don't work. I didn't test on other OS, but a quick google search shows that it works on other platforms (https://blog.adacore.com/a-modern-syntax-for-ada). I think this is Windows exclusive.
