chore: move 80MB centroid + 16MB table to gitignore (use Releases) token_embd_centroids_4096x5120.f32 (80 MB) and token_embd_4096x4096.u8 (16 MB) removed from tracking. Will be uploaded as GitHub Release assets instead.
