How to test

1. In an ADM repo, e.g., adamant-im, click New issue → check that Bug report and Feature request templates appear with all expected fields.
2. Open New pull request → confirm the extended PR template loads with sections (External links, Screenshots/Videos, Breaking changes, How to test, Notes, Checklist).
3. Create draft issues/PRs to verify formatting, then delete them.
