fix: close dropdown when clicking outside

What changed

• Added an outside click handler so the Guild Sidebar dropdown now closes when clicking anywhere else.
• Cleaned up toggle handling to make the open/close behaviour more consistent.

Why

The dropdown stayed open until the header was clicked again, which was not responsive and was clunky, It now behaves more like a normal dropdown, which is less clunky and more responsive
