Does Adept support Unicode?

This piece of code compiled fine, but when run it printed gibberish:

import basics

func main {
    print("こんにちは 世界")
}

Update: It's because the Windows Command Prompt doesn't work properly (I even tried to change the code page to UTF-8 with chcp 65001 but it still doesn't work). I tried to run the program on MSYS2's terminal and it correctly printed the characters.
