What is the advantage of Array over raw arrays?

Array doesn't auto expand and do any memory management like List. So what is the advantage of them over raw arrays?

The advantage of <$T> Array over <$T> List is that there's no runtime overhead.

I want to ask if Array has any advantages over raw arrays, not List.

Over raw arrays, <$T> Array has the benefit of not holding the information itself, so when you pass it, it's only 16 bytes.

With a raw array, like [1024] $T, it holds the information itself, as has to perform a copy it each time you pass it around/assign it (which could be megabytes or more)
