What is import basics?

Where is the header file for basics? I found there are two kinds of imports in Adept. One is with the quotes (I have seen both single quotes and double quotes being used). This kind also has the file extension .adept. One is without the quotes, e.g: basics, InitializerList. How many of them are there? I can't find the corresponding header files.

import with quotes, will import the first file that matches <current file directory>/<file>, <global import folder>/<file>.

// Will prefer local files over global ones
import "my_file.adept"

import without quotes will import the file that matches <global import folder>/<compiler standard library version>/<file>.

// Will import `2.8/my_file.adept` by default
import my_file

So import "2.8/basics.adept" and import basics are usually the same thing. The difference though it that import basics can be changed to use a different standard library version with pragma default_stdlib or --std=.
