Component Object Model (COM) and Adept

What do you think about supporting COM? COM could be used to automate Windows applications. Supporting COM could be divided into writing a COM server in Adept and consuming COM objects in Adept. I think the later is easier to do. You could automate Microsoft Office from Adept with this.
