DoH SSL/ TLS Errors with Cloudflare DNS (with Malware Blocking)

Hello,

It seems Cloudflare recently rotated the certificate for security.cloudflare-dns.com resulting in the "certificate signed by an unknown certificate authority" error message appearing in the logs, and (in my case) rendering the service inoperable.

I am using v0.107.79 via Docker.

Can anyone confirm they are experiencing this behaviour?
