Extreme high response times after a few days

Hi,
i just tried Adguardhome for a few days; it was working fine, but today I noticed every page loads extremely slowly and saw the response time is extremely high. no settings were changed.
Installed in an Proxmox LXC.

DNS Upstreams:
https://dns10.quad9.net/dns-query
1.1.1.1 (added after issue)

• Tried both Load-balancing and Parallel requests. Did not improve performance
• Client performance goes back to normal when bypassing AdGuard Home.

Host has sufficient processing capability.

Without which DNS upstream used and more details, it is difficult to help you.
It can be your Internet connection, your router, DNS upstream, CPU/RAM on your host...
