1.8.8 Beta

Here's another beta (actually, a release candidate) which fixes a couple of pesky bugs and also brings improved logging to the app.

• [Enhancement] The archive generated by “Export logs and system info” should also include content blockers JSON files
• [Fixed] Verbose logging is inconsistent after switching from standalone to mas and vice-versa (#443)
• [Fixed] The response field of the return button has moved down (#446)
