AdGuard VPN fails after start in SOCKS5 mode while port is occupied

1. Switch on the SOCKS5 mode with the specified port (eg. 63187)
2. Stop the AdGuardVpn
3. Occupy port 63187 (e.g. using AdGuard For Windows in proxy mode)
4. Start AdGuard VPN

Expected: AdGuard VPN normally start
Real: AdGuard fails
