Issue Details

After updating to version 2.9, previously added custom DNS servers become invalid, and slashes in the DNS address change from "/" to "/".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install version 2.8.1.
2. Add a custom DNS server with any protocol (e.g. https, dot, doq).
3. Update the application to version 2.9.

Expected Behavior

Added custom DNS servers (server addresses) do not change when the application is updated

Actual Behavior

Added custom DNS servers (server addresses) are changed when the application is updated
