When using FakeDNS option in proxy settings, AdGuard injections are broken

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a proxy server in Network => Filtering
2. Enable FakeDNS oprion in the proxy server settings
3. Run protection
4. Go to https://adguard.com/test.html

Expected Behavior

Main tests passed.

Actual Behavior

The test says that HTTPS filtering is not enabled (Ignore HTTPS here - this is a bug of the test, HTTPS is filtered) - net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE error occurs when accessing local.adguard.org, and cosmetic filtering, scriptlets, and stealth mode do not work.
