update ACCS schemas and fix link

This PR updates the REST and GraphQL schemas for ACCS for the February 2026 release.

FEEDBACK: I've also fixed a link that causes a replicating iframe loop, captured in internal feedback.
(It occurred only in the 2.4.8 and SaaS pages)

API changes

REST API (ACCS)

• Added custom_capture_amount property to InvoiceCreationArgumentsExtensionInterface for custom invoice capture amounts

GraphQL API (SaaS)

• Added new CategoryProductView object type with fields for category name, slug, level, and parent hierarchy
• Added CommerceOptimizerContext object with priceBookId field for customer session-based pricing
• Added categories field to products with optional family parameter for filtering
• Enhanced CategoryViewV2 interface with improved descriptions
