Purpose of this pull request
This pull request updates the Commerce Web API documentation site so the GraphQL reference reflects Adobe Commerce 2.4.9 as a released version (replacing the 2.4.9-beta-1 paths and labels), pins the 2.4.8 reference to its own SpectaQL-generated static bundle under
/graphql-api/2.4.8/, and regenerates SpectaQL schema and static HTML so the embedded reference matches the current schemas. It also aligns thebuild:spectaqlnpm script with the 2.4.8 config.Affected pages
