Description of the issue
As reported by Michael S. Scherotter in the forums (cf. https://forums.adobexdplatform.com/t/reload-plug-ins-documentation-different-for-windows-than-app/641), the shortcut for reloading plugins in https://github.com/AdobeXD/plugin-docs/blob/master/tutorials/debugging/index.md is wrong (it is Ctrl+Alt+E, but should be Ctrl+Shift+R).
Proposed solution or attempted solutions that failed
Replace the old shortcut Ctrl+Alt+E with the new one (Ctrl+Shift+R) in https://github.com/AdobeXD/plugin-docs/blob/master/tutorials/debugging/index.md
