The main Readme doesn't contain any explanation and when i tried to follow the instructions in the README_dev.md i couldn't get it to run. First it told me to import Django, but even after installing it, it raises the following error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'taggit'. It would be very nice to get some instructions on how to make the application run.
