Select2 Field shows [object Object] BUG since the release of ACF 5.10

I have found another new BUG since ACF 5.10 has been released. This BUG is related to the ACF field type "SELECT".

With ACF 5.9.9

After ACF 5.10

It seems this is related to the select field type if the option "Stylised UI" is activated.

I hope you get it fixed with the next release :-)

Hey @CreativeDive - was this with WooCommerce (latest) installed?

We pushed 10.5.1 earlier with a fix for this one if so, to work around a bug in WooCommerce that they've fixed, but won't be released until WooCommerce 5.7

@lgladdy thanks. Yes correct, in my case WooCommerce is installed. I have tested with ACF 5.10.1 now, and it's working fine again. Thank you for the fast fix :-)

@CreativeDive Perfect, thanks for the confirmation! Details on the WooCommerce issue here are if you're interested: woocommerce/woocommerce#30473 - They accidentally shipped a non-compatible version of SelectWoo as Select2, which breaks a few specific use cases of select2!
