Plugins for mrTools (https://gru.stanford.edu/doku.php/mrtools/plugins) to do various analyses:

freqAnal: frequency analysis of time series data (i.e of PC EPI data as in Chen 2015)

To use, copy to either the mrLoadRet Plugins folder and add to path, or copy to a folder of your choice, add to path, and use mrSetPref('pluginPaths',$YOURPATH).

Then activate using mlrPlugin.
