Screenshots of cendre in whatever you run it in. Post one.

Worth saying alongside the image:

• the depth (hard, medium, soft), and whether transparent is on
• your terminal, and any surface from extras/ you have installed

The pigments never move between depths, only the ground under them does. Three depths of the same buffer, side by side, would show that better than the README can.

Non-Neovim surfaces count. There are twenty-four of them and the only thing I have ever screenshotted is the editor.

If a colour looks wrong in your setup, post that here too. Often it is the terminal's own palette overriding something rather than the theme, and the answer is useful to whoever hits it next.
