Install hangs while formatting the disk

Describe the bug
Hello, cannot install current 20251127 snapshot, the installer shows the bouncing progress bar ("Deploying OS Image"), but never completes, the tik.log stops at btrfs partition 1 formatting

I'm installing on a Dell Inspiron 15 5000, Intel CPU

To Reproduce
Install from usb, click on install, wait at the deploying os screen, nothing happens

Expected behavior
it installs

Additional context
mkfs.fat completes successfully (on /dev/loop0) so maybe a problem with btrfs ?

So I finally retried, and with the latest 04/12 snapshot it worked after retrying multiple times.

At first it advanced and then got stuck at enrolling key, which was at a later stage then the error I had last week. Then after many times it got back to getting stuck at formatting partition 1.

I formatted the disk without any benefit, until I recreated and empty GPT partition table with no partition on the disk. It then got back to the enrolling key stage.

I then disabled one of the disks in the UEFI, and the installation finally worked after a couple retries.

What I learned from it :

• It doesn't seem to be a usb speed thing, as when it finally installed it took 10-15 mins at most.
• It was hanging at the formatting stage, maybe it didn't manage to call the btrfs utility?
• The enrolling key stage seemed to work when only one disk was enabled in UEFI, but I'm not sure if it was just random
• The installer seems to be extremely unreliable in its ability to format the install disk on my setup
• I got no error message at any point
