Hey everyone, thanks for being here. This is the discussion space for agami-core, the fair-code trust layer between an AI agent and your data. If you're new to the project,

• the README covers what it is and why it exists.
• the docs/usage.md is the full walkthrough.

The fastest way to get the idea: install the plugin, run /agami-connect sample, and ask "who are the top 5 customers by total spend?" You'll watch a fan-trap query get caught and corrected on your first question. No database or credentials needed.

How to use this space

• Q&A: installation and connector issues, credentials per dialect, semantic-model design. Mark an answer as accepted so the next person finds it fast.
• Ideas: dialects you'd like supported, trust-layer mechanics you want to discuss, workflow improvements.
• Show & tell: what you've built, interesting queries, semantic models worth sharing.
• General: anything else agami-related.

Discussions or Issues? If you're not sure something is a bug, or you have a question, start here in Discussions. Once you've confirmed something is broken (a crash, a wrong answer, a connector that won't connect), open a GitHub Issue so it can be tracked to a fix. Feature requests can go in Ideas here, or as an Issue if you'd rather it be tracked. For contributions, start with CONTRIBUTING.md.

When you file a bug, the single most useful thing you can include is the receipt from the query that went wrong: the generated SQL, the tables and joins used, and the model version. That plus your database dialect and agami-core version is usually enough to reproduce. Redact anything sensitive first.

A couple of house norms

• Never paste real credentials, connection strings, or private data into a thread. Redact before you post.
• Searching before opening a new thread saves everyone time, and thoughtful answers from the community are hugely appreciated.
