This PR updates the English and Chinese READMEs to document the Windows Inno Setup installer (
FlocksSetup-<tag>.exe) from GitHub Releases as Option C under PC installation, aligned with the Chinese README structure. It also broadens the 3.1.2 install section wording and usessh ./scripts/install*.shfor macOS/Linux source install, matching the ZH README.Made with Cursor
